Ensure adequate availability of IAS resources for the store audit as per design.
Ensure consistent delivery on all the parameters in the operational review.
Ensure consistent process delivery within the region across formats with SLA's, agreed quality levels and Internal SOP.
Input for publishing Inventory Audit reports and other operational data/documents on time and accurate.
Timely & accurate communications and responses to Central operations team
Should be able to lead the team and should work towards motivation and development of team members.
Organize Knowledge sharing meet / team building initiatives. Capture team feedback & discuss with ZSCs.
Maintain effective and professional relations with his team.
Identify ways to optimize process cost and without effecting service delivery, widen service scope, enhance team experience, etc

Maintain strong interpersonal relation with team to maintaining a cordial and congenial work atmosphere.
Detailed understanding of Retail processes & terminology as it relates to Inventories & commercial functions.

Experience in conducting stock Audit and understanding the underlying processes and practices.
