Key Responsibilities:

Store Leadership & Operations:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.

Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing shrinkage and wastage.

Implement and uphold store policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Sales & Customer Service:

Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Provide expert product knowledge and customer service, assisting customers in selecting high-end watches and accessories.

Ensure that each customer has a personalized, engaging, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Address customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete satisfaction.

Team Development & Training:

Train, mentor, and coach sales associates to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Conduct regular performance reviews and set development goals for the team.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that drives motivation and engagement.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:

Ensure the store is visually appealing, clean, and well-maintained at all times.

Oversee visual merchandising to ensure the store layout is in line with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.

Execute and maintain product displays that align with brand standards and customer expectations.

Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and employee attendance.

Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.

Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks in accordance with company policies.
