Job Overview

We seek an experienced Jewellery Store Manager to oversee our jewellery store in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As the Jewellery Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory, customer service, and staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 to 10 years of senior-level experience in jewellery retail.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Jewellery Store Manager or similar role

Extensive knowledge of gold and silver jewellery products

Strong understanding of store operations and management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints

Proficient in inventory management and sales tracking systems

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a retail environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery store

Ensure the store meets sales targets and profitability goals

Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service

Maintain proper inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks

Create attractive displays and merchandising to promote sales

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions

Monitor competitor pricing and market trends

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
