Job Description

The Store Manager tracks sales figures and meets financial and sales goals. Adapting to various situations, they ensure the safety of people, assets and handle all the store's banking. They also direct customer service, resolve complaints and manage loss prevention. DETAILED JD �� Effective Store Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including rostering Brand Champions for optimal coverage, ensuring adherence to sales SOPs, and maintaining accurate sales activity logs.

�� Target Achievement and Lead Management: Drive the team towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets, while ensuring leads are promptly followed up and uniformly allocated among Brand Champions.

�� Employee Development and Motivation: Recruit, train, and mentor new-vehicle sales employees, fostering a customer-focused sales environment through regular performance monitoring, counseling, and motivation.

�� Sales Process Optimization: Develop and implement robust prospecting, sales control, and follow-up systems for potential and new-vehicle purchasers, ensuring consistent customer service delivery and teamwork throughout the sales cycle.

�� Continuous Improvement and Communication: Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities to make informed recommendations for in-store merchandising, customer service approaches, and overall business enhancement. Facilitate strong communication and information sharing among associates while handling after-sales queries and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
