Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store department.

Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.

Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Supervise and train store staff to maintain high standards of productivity and performance.

Monitor stock levels and reconcile with data management system.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Optimise space utilisation and maintain a clean, organised working environment.

Prepare regular reports and summaries of operations. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role within the steel manufacturing industry.

Excellent knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving attitude with an aptitude for numbers and logistics.

Hands-on experience with inventory management software (., SAP, Oracle).

Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant field preferred.
