JOB DESCRIPTION: This involves managing expenses, optimizing profits and ensuring the store operates within its financial means. Inventory management and stock control: The ability to manage inventory is essential. That includes ordering products, tracking stock levels, organizing stockrooms and implementing loss-prevention strategies.

JOB OVERVIEW: The Store Manager tracks sales figures and meets financial and sales goals. Adapting to various situations, they ensure the safety of people, assets and handle all the store's banking. They also direct customer service, resolve complaints and manage loss prevention.

PROFILE: STORE MANAGER

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Full-time (240 days including holiday).

This is an annualized role so hours worked may vary from month to month.
