We urgently looking for Electronic Store Manager for Pune location

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as Store Manager-Electronic in Pune. You will be responsible for managing electronic retail operations and supervising staff. Your responsibilities will include inventory management and ordering products for retail, and maintaining excellent customer service as well as managing employee time, attendance, and performance. Overall, you will ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Maintain 5 S in electronic store

Check and maintain inventory of critical items

Follow up with vendors/suppliers with pending orders

Qualifications

./ in Electronics and Electrical or relevant field

Minimum 6+years of experience in Store management, Inventory management with expertise in electronic products

Ability to manage inventory, analyze sales, and maintain optimum stock levels

Experience in training and supervising staff as well as managing their attendance, time, and performance

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and achieve sales targets

Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities

Awareness of market trends and technology updates in electronic retail

Ability to ensure operational excellence, monitor product movement, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
