Assisting the Store Manager

Maintaining the records on an Excel sheet and a register of received & issued goods

Reconciliation of stocks on a weekly basis

Track the materials as per purchase orders issued and reporting to the Store Manager/Purchase Deparment.

Follow up with suppliers for status of materials.

Preparing indents as per requirement with the help of store manager/contractors and reporting the same to the Purchase Department
