J-Wires Pvt. Ltd

The Sales In-Charge is responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail channels, and ensuring efficient distribution of J-WiRES products. This role involves strategizing, monitoring sales performance, and providing support to field officers and sales teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth & Target Achievement

o Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met.

o Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.

o Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

2. Retail & Distribution Management

o Strengthen and monitor retail networks, including SHG Didis and solar shops.

o Ensure proper stock management and availability of products.

o Oversee logistics to ensure timely product delivery.

3. Team Supervision & Performance Monitoring

o Guide and support sales teams, including Field Officers and local retailers.

o Track sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.

o Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

4. Market Research & Customer Engagement

o Gather market insights and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.

o Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

o Address customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.

5. Reporting & Coordination

o Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.

o Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

o Work closely with finance and accounts teams to ensure compliance in transactions.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong leadership and sales management skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of solar and electrical products (preferred)
