Job Description:

As a Storekeeper specializing in (Loading & Unloading) at Diamond White Cement Pvt. Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of materials in and out of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing loading and unloading operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials.

Responsibilities:

1. Loading and Unloading: Supervise and participate in the loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and products from trucks, containers, and other delivery vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and handling procedures.

2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory management systems (if applicable) or manual tracking methods. Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.

3. Receipt and Inspection: Receive incoming materials and supplies, verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders or delivery documents, and inspect for damage or defects. Document and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.

4. Storage and Organization: Organize and store materials in designated storage areas, ensuring proper segregation and labelling to facilitate easy identification and retrieval. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse environment.

5. Material Handling Equipment: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, including packing slips, delivery receipts, and shipment documentation. Generate reports as required by management or regulatory authorities.
