Hiring Masters

• Maintain Vendor Material Inward Bill verification and Approval TAT for all the sites

• Manage team of entire onsite executive and ensure adherence to stock maintain and management as per company policy on site

• Maintain material handling process and adhere to company policy

• Maintain materials QC policy and adhere as per company rules and regulations

• Manage and co-ordinate for Inter site material transfer management and record keeping

• Ensure & Maintain on time material availability on site as per PO and company policy

• Conduct materials audit

• Ensure on time reporting and records management at every site store department.

• Ensure timely reporting/reports submissions to upper management or as and when asked for by management

• Keep monthly updated stock list ready in records
