Maintain Vendor Material Inward Bill verification and Approval TAT for all the sites

Manage team of entire onsite executive and ensure adherence to stock maintain and management as per company policy on site

Maintain material handling process and adhere to company policy

Maintain materials QC policy and adhere as per company rules and regulations

Manage and co-ordinate for Inter site material transfer management and record keeping

Ensure & Maintain on time material availability on site as per PO and company policy

Conduct materials audit

Ensure on time reporting and records management at every site store department.

Ensure timely reporting/reports submissions to upper management or as and when asked for by management

Keep monthly updated stock list ready in records
