Job Description -

1. Experience in handling warehouse/ store.

2. Maintain stock register.

3. Looking after inward & outward of stock.

4. Stock count done on weekly basis & submit report to supervisors.

5. Assist and manage dispatching of orders.

6. Organizing and maintaining files and records.

7. Maintain MIS Report on Daily Basis.

8. Prepare defective inventory records & escalated to manager.

9. Checking Challans, invoice copy with purchase order while receiving the stock.

10. To maintain GRN.

11. To look after material Packing & Dispatching.

12. Co ordinate with Purchase, AMC & Accounts department.

13. Dispatch planning of daily basis.

14. On Time Dispatch PO Wise.
