Stores:

1. Material Management.

2. To prepare material requisition plan.

3. Maintain inward and outward register of materials.

4. Provide materials as per material requisition form / Job Card.

5. Collect Inward materials and check proper materials and same inform to purchase department.

6. Make entry in Daily stock sheet and store materials at define space.

7. Maintain safety stock.

8. Prepare MIS as per the format.

9. Complete other work given by senior person or management.

10. Maintain minimum stock of various materials in stores.

11. Prepare receipt of all received materials (raw materials / packing materials / finished goods/Trading items consumables). If the quantity or quality not matched with the predefined parameters, then inform the concerned department for the same.

12. Stock maintenance of rejected materials / goods.

Reporting the details of non-moving / expired / about to expire goods to the manager on regular basis.
