Job Description

- To perform all the activities of the stores viz. receiving, organizing, inspection, storing and issuing.

- To maintain and monitor stock to meet the requirements.

- To purchase requisition/indents based on Re-Order level and consumption pattern.

- To receive items from suppliers/stores and verify the same for quality, quantity and description.

- Online indent issues are received from user department and issues the item accordingly.

- To maintain relevant files and records.

- To ensure safe custody of stocks.

- To ensure proper storage conditions of materials stored.
