Job Description

1. Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

2. Ensure proper documentation of stock entries and exits.

3. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in stock.

4. Ensure timely replenishment of stock based on production schedules and sales forecasts.

5. Oversee proper storage and organization of materials to prevent damage, contamination, or wastage.

6. Ensure materials are stored in compliance with company policies and industry standards (such as temperature control for sensitive substances).

7. Manage the movement of goods and maintain a clear flow of stock within the store.

8. Communicate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.

9. Place orders based on consumption patterns and stock levels, ensuring no disruption to production.

10. Verify and validate purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.

11. Assist in evaluating supplier performance in terms of delivery time, quality, and cost.

12. Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.

13. Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, stock movements, and discrepancies to management.

14. Ensure all records comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

15. Generate and track reports related to product expiry, batch numbers, and shelf life for compliance with safety standards.

16. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and relevant regulatory guidelines.

17. Monitor and track the expiry dates of materials to avoid usage of expired products in manufacturing.

18. Coordinate with quality control teams for the inspection and approval of incoming materials.
