Job Description

Review of all export order sheet on daily basis.

Estimate and confirm space availability /loadability for all FCL orders.

Ensure daily update on progress of export order readiness.

Prepare marking as per customer requirement and get confirmation from sales team.

Coordination with inter deptt like QC, Production for external and internal lab testing requirements , time required for processing of goods,

Prepare and share packing list for each order.

Co ordinate and send samples for phyto & Spice board purpose

Co ordinate and communicate with Fumigation agency .

Prepare Picking list and get goods ready for loading.

Ensure container check done by QC before stuffing.

Supervise container stuffing along with photographs of loaded goods and final fumigation video.

Documentation of consignment like Delivery Challan ,E -Way Bill and Gatepass.

Documentation of Fumigation for both Pallet lot and container

Pallets making of LCL consignments and its marking as per shipment instructions.

Samples request processing like picking up samples and submitting to QC.

Inventory Management and Cycle Count for cold storage warehouse.
