Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Assistant to join our laundry services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing laundry operations, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers, answer their queries, and assist them with their laundry needs.

Laundry Operations: Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment. Ensure that all laundry is processed efficiently and to a high standard.

Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change to customers.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of laundry supplies and detergents. Restock shelves as needed.

Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized. Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.

Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or in a laundry services environment is preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate laundry equipment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy laundry bags.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 8 PM
