Job Title: F&B Service Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic F&B Service Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring that they receive outstanding service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and Serve Guests: Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests' needs are met.
2. Maintain High Standards: Ensure that the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
3. Food and Beverage Knowledge: Possess knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guests' questions.
4. Handle Guest Complaints: Respond promptly to guest complaints, resolving issues professionally and courteously.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
7. Maintain Accurate Records: Record orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
8. Adhere to Hotel Policies: Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring that guests receive consistent and exceptional service.
Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Hospitality or food and beverage certification preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
3. Language: Fluency in English required. Additional language skills an asset.
4. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently.
5. Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
