Designation: Steward

Serve customers in a fast, efficient & friendly manner

Provide customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability and pricing- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management

Assist customers with paying for products

Maintaining a hygienic environment by cleaning surfaces & equipment regularly

Clearing plates and cutlery from tables to prepare for incoming customers

Responding to customers feedbacks questions and complaints

Operating coffee machines and other equipments

Welcoming & seating customers

Taking orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system

Promote the curated menu & recommend a dish they haven't tried before for a delightful new experience.

Skills required:-

Proven work experience as a food service worker or similar role

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Basic mathematical skills

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Attentiveness and patience for customers

Active listening and effective communication skills

Team spirit

Flexible to work in shifts
