JOB DESCRIPTION: A steward is responsible for:
Maintaining a safe and efficient environment in settings like planes, restaurants, or events.
Managing cleaning staff and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Communicating with customers and organizational leaders.
Keeping a restaurant, bar, or lounge clean and sanitary.
Assisting with customer needs, answering phones, and providing basic information.
Providing excellent customer service in hospitality settings.
Welcoming patrons, seating them, and ensuring quality facilities and service.
JOB OVERVIEW: A steward assists in keeping a restaurant, bar, or lounge clean and sanitary, assists in cleaning dishes and tends to customers' needs. The steward may also perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking reservations, and giving out basic information.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA
EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE
