Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Steward :
Restaurant set up, including but not limited to: perform daily cleaning, clean and dust all tables, chairs and caging; polish all glassware and cutlery, fold napkins, check all menus and where necessary replace covers and inserts, prepare all rubbish bins for service, clean and replenish the restrooms, etc.
Ensure the pass section is clean, organised and stocked with crockery, cutlery, condiments, etc.
Assist with stock count, and at all times, ensure the restaurant has adequate supplies for the shift, including all crockery, glassware, cutlery, trays, napkins, condiments, etc. Report any shortages to the Head Waiter / Manager.
During service, carry food and beverages to the allocated table or destination as per the instructions of the delegated team member; and alert the delegated team member to serve the food and beverages according to seat numbers on the system docket, and assist Waiters in clearing the tables when required
Guest Relations Executive (GRE) :
- Assist the team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant; provide a prompt and professional service to all guests; create, build and strengthen relationships with all guests by being the primary point of contact.

Bartender:
To ensure the smooth-running of the bar during service at all times
To prepare the drinks and the cocktails according to standard recipe
Set-up the bar, including but not limited to: daily cleaning of all bar areas, equipment, dishwasher, stock up fridges and stations, prepare mise en place prior the start of each shift.
