As a STEM Trainer, your role will be to master our unique science activities and ensure their successful implementation across schools in India. You will be responsible for training teachers, supporting program implementation, and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders involved.

Roles and Responsibilities

Teacher Training: Conduct impactful training sessions for teachers of partner schools, enabling them to effectively implement hands-on STEM activities in the classroom.

Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient implementation of STEM activities across partner schools.

Program Implementation: Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to ensure smooth, error-free execution of the STEM program in schools.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders at partner schools to ensure long-term success and collaboration.

Support Visits: Travel to partner schools periodically to provide on-site support, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure smooth program execution.

Parent Orientation: Conduct informative parent orientations to introduce and explain the STEM program and its benefits.
