We are currently seeking a proficient and experienced Steel Roller Operator to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining steel roller equipment to ensure effective compaction and smooth finishing of various surfaces in construction projects. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety protocols to guarantee the successful completion of compaction tasks and the overall quality of construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and control the steel roller equipment to facilitate the compaction and finishing of various surfaces, including asphalt, soil, and other construction materials, in accordance with project specifications and requirements.

Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance on the steel roller to ensure its optimal performance and identify any potential issues or malfunctions.

Collaborate closely with the construction team to understand project plans, compaction requirements, and specific tasks, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and equipment on the construction site.

Monitor and adjust the steel roller's controls to achieve the appropriate level of compaction and smooth finishing, ensuring uniform distribution and consolidation of materials for the desired density and surface texture.

Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly, facilitating timely repairs and minimizing potential project delays or hazards.

Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including work logs, equipment usage, and any incidents or challenges encountered during the compaction and finishing process.
