Job Description
• Manpower planning and hiring right Skilled and semi-skilled employees as per hiring criteria’s in rural locations.
• Understanding business requirement and design & implement various HR policies
• Managing background verification, documentation and onboardings of new joiners
• Understanding the training needs and ensuring the training are conducted as per plan
• Facilitating monthly, half yearly and annual performance appraisal process and providing constructive feedback.
• Identifying and developing second line leadership and motivating & Coaching the low performers.
• Conducting the root cause analysis to control attrition - Exit feedback, analysis and communicating to all concerned
• Managing staff wellness and engagement initiatives.
• Keep regular interaction with internal stake holders to understand the pulse of the Business / organisation

• Role includes travelling to branch and regional offices of Chaitanya
• People from NGO, NBFC and BFSI would be preferred
Qualification: Any graduation with relevant experience
Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR role.
Prefered Industry : BFSI / NBFC /Micro Finance only prefered
