URGENT HIRING for NURSE/MLT/RADIOGRAPHER in Singapore, Dubai, United Kingdom, United states, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Germany, Canada, Australia.

Overview : Patient assessment: Taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration), checking for changes in patient condition, and documenting observations.

Medication administration: Accurately administering medications as prescribed by the doctor, including verifying patient identity and monitoring for potential side effects.

Wound care: Cleaning and dressing wounds as needed.

Hygiene and basic care: Assisting patients with bathing, toileting, and other personal care needs.

Patient education: Teaching patients about their medical conditions, treatment plans, medication usage, and self-care practices.

Communication and collaboration: Communicating effectively with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including nursing notes, medication administration records, and progress reports.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE
