JOB TITLE:

Nursing Staff for Calida Psychiatric Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our psychiatric hospital and de-addiction centre. The ideal candidate will support patients in their recovery journey, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.

WORK ACTIVITIES:

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Document patient history, including previous mental health issues, current medications, and any co-existing medical conditions.

Support patients in daily activities and therapeutic interventions.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.

Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care discussions.

Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes.

QUALIFICATION:

GNM/ BSc. Nursing with valid Maharashtra State Registration certificate. Atleast 1 year Psychiatric experience preferable.
