Responsibilities and duties :

· Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank accounts, petty cash, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary

· Making & Processing invoices and bills.

· Follow up on payment and bills.

· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

· Ensure timely bank payments

· Computation of taxes like TDS, GST, PT, etc.

· Manage balance sheets and profit /loss statements

· Assisting in Audit financial transactions and documents.

· Comply with financial policies and regulations

· Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications and skills :

· Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

· 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience.

· Experience with accounting software - Tally ERP 9 is a must.

· Advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
