Strong technical comprehension and experience in application programming using .Net/Java/PHP and MYSQL.

Knowledge of programming with Scripting Language(s) like JQuery and web based technologies.

Good knowledge and training experience in CMS like .net/JAVA/PHP.

Understanding of MVC design patterns and Frameworks like Struts, PHP etc.

Good knowledge in CSS, Java script, AJAX, HTML, XHTML, XML.

Clear understanding of RDBMS and / or Database Architecture.

Must have a good understanding of browser compatibility issues. .

Knowledge/experience in an Object-oriented programming language preferably .NET.

Strong coding skills in Java/ .Net or in Open Source

Good Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Corel Draw

In-depth knowledge of web design

Strong typography, layout and visual design skills

Must be a quick learner, hardworking, and self-driven

Good Knowledge of English language is a must

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines is a must
