SR. Visa Counselor/ Branch Manager

Position: Senior Abroad Education & Visa Counselor/Branch Manager (Student Visa Experience of USA, UK and/or Canada)

Salary Range: 35,000/- to 60,000/- + Incentives (No bar for right candidate)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies for managing and growing the business of the branch.

• Ensure the highest quality of customer service is maintained.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including recruitment, staff development and training. • Monitor and track performance against goals and objectives.

• Set and monitor targets for the branch team.

• Develop relationships with key partners, such as universities, schools and other education institutions. • Represent the branch in meetings and conferences.

• Monitor and assess changes in the market and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the branch.

• Prepare and track budgets, financial reports, and other key documents.

• Develop marketing and advertising plans to promote the branch.

• Create and maintain a positive corporate culture and work environment.

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• Develop and implement strategies for streamlining and improving processes.

• Analyze data to inform decision-making and track progress

• Ensure the branch's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field

- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in the overseas education field (Student Visa Knowledge for USA, UK and/or Canada)

- Strong business and marketing acumen.& Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.

- Ability to develop and execute strategies to increase business.- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- Knowledge of foreign cultures, customs and regulations.
