Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sr UX UI Designer will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of the platform.

2. Should be able to handle a team.

3. The candidate should possess passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices in the industry.

4. Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis.

5. Should maintain a portfolio of app work and web work.

6. Should be comfortable to work for an organisation where everything is not sorted and pre available and should fit into the culture of a young and vibrant corporate.

7. Collaborate with the others in a team and take ownership of projects.

8. Should work on timelines and delivery management.

Desired Candidate Profile
