Job description:

* Cold Calling / Telemarketing for SEO/Social media marketing/Google AdWords /Website Development.

*Must fix 5 meeting per day and hand over the meeting to sales team on daily basis.

* Must generate leads online .

* Respond to customer inquiries on call.

* Maintain customer relationships with the clients.

* Maintaining relationships with the clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

* Listening to customer's requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.

* Up-sell products and services.

* Follow up customer calls where necessary.

* Complete call logs and reports.

* Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
