2-3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting

Understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, interviewing, and closing.

Ability to find newer ways to source and close open positions across the US.

Building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners across regions and teams

. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification: Any Graduate with good communication skills in English
