Preferred work experience with HCL, Capgemini, Altran, Mphasis, US Technical requirements and its clients or empanelled vendors.

Having good knowledge of US TAX terms like W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp basis.

Excellent proficiency and knowledge in recruiting and business development techniques such as vendor networking, job boards (Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, Tech Fetch, Ladders etc), Internet search and Internal Database.

Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Client/Candidate Relationship management
