Oversee social media accounts design (. Facebook/Instagram & twitter, timeline cover, profile pictures, Posts and blogs)

Develop Communication plans for company customers, social media followers, analyse queries and develop responses on customer comments, reviews and feedbacks. (FAQs)

Collaborate with other teams, like business development, Dev Ops. & customer service to ensure brand awareness and promotions in line with business objectives.

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences on company social media platforms.

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Review, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (. original text, photos, videos/Reels and newsletters, articles, posts) in coordination with content and design team.

Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and brand awareness v/s the competitors.

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
