• Proven work experience as a Social media professional
• Hands on experience in content management & Designs
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Have Analytical and multitasking skills
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (. Facebook/Instagram & twitter, timeline cover, profile pictures, Posts and blogs)
• Develop Communication plans for company customers, social media followers, analyse queries and develop responses on customer comments, reviews and feedbacks. (FAQ’s)
• Collaborate with other teams, like business development, Dev Ops. & customer service to ensure brand awareness and promotions in line with business objectives.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences on company social media platforms.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Review, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (. original text, photos, videos/Reels and newsletters, articles, posts) in coordination with content and design team.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and brand awareness v/s the competitors.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
