As Sr. Social Media Manager, you'll manage an organisation's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities
As a Sr. Social Media Manager, you'll need to:
Use customer insights, research, industry knowledge to develop strategic marketing plans and digital adoption/acquisition campaigns, driving more targeted and personalized engagement for members and patients
Drive innovation by supporting implementation of or introducing new digital channels for member/patient engagement
You will be an expert support of digital marketing tactics; work with marketing or product partners to improve campaigns with digital content; assist with cross team programs
Lead digital campaign development
Experience in leading Social Media team
You will be a strategic advisor and digital advocate
Establish collaborative relationships with important partners across the organization, and externally vendors
Handle Development, creative and engaging social media strategies and lead generation (Google Ads & Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels
Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
Undertake audience research
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring so
