Sales Manager is one who is responsible for conducting meetings with the prospect clients (searched by them, referred by other colleagues or meetings fixed by Sales Executives) and converting prospect clients into customers for the business growth of the organization.
Responsibility: 1. Meeting the prospects and close sales deals, achieve sales targets.
2. Training & managing the sales team.

Meeting the prospects and close sales deals, achieve sales targets.
Arrange contact data of the concerned person in the import/export companies with turnover of more than 50Cr in the field of automotive components, pharmaceuticals, engineering goods, chemicals, paper products, oil & gas companies and conduct meeting with the concerned person in order to close the sales deals.
Attend the sales meetings arranged by the sales executives, referred by colleagues .
Writing professional mails for the company introduction to prospect clients.
Achieve Sales target set by the management.
Getting 5 new clients on board every month.
Training & managing the sales team.
Training the Sales Executives to extract data online of the concerned person in the Import/Export companies .
Taking sales executives along in few sales meetings to impart practical knowledge to the executives .
Responsible for the overall performance of the sales team and ensuring Sales Executives are doing are working as per their designated roles.
Develop strategies for revenue and profit growth of the organization.
Analyze sales activities being done by the competitors and develop strategies for the revenue and profit growth of the organization.
Attending trade shows , fairs and conferences to promote the organization and advise to the management about in which shows we should participate as the organization.
