Senior Sales Manager

This role is responsible for the efficient management of a growing successful Call Centre Sales Operation. With a number of International Sales campaigns running parallel, and the potential to expand into further regions and further drive the sales performance within existing regions, we are looking for a driven, proven leader of sales teams. You will have a history of training, developing and delivering numbers in a challenging sales-focused environment.

Structured efficient effective reports to be delivered in a timely manner.

Provide effective support to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the numbers achieved by our whole unit, and the performance of our whole unit including Agents and TLs.
You will proactively take an interest in each and every team member's being and development based on the outward appearance, activity levels, and stats.
Highlight areas of concern and take relevant remedial steps dependant upon the situation.
Ensure that each and every team member is being treated fairly, by yourself, their team leaders, and colleagues.
Gradually delegate immediate responsibilities of individual Agent performance to the TLs.
