Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ASM/Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our client base for Green AAC Blocks in the Guwahati region. This role is critical in building strong relationships with clients and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales activities in the assigned region and achieve set targets.

Collaborate closely with the Retail Head to develop and implement sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches as needed.

Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate degree in any discipline.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance.

Other Benefits: Travel Allowance (T/A) and Daily Allowance (D/A) will be provided.
