Position Title: Senior Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage two sales teams separately (corporate team and broadband team) consisting of 10-15 members each.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both the corporate and broadband sectors.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members for their professional development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Qualification Criteria:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
Experience in managing both corporate and broadband sales teams is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to sales management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting software.
