We are looking for candidates having at least 4 years of experience in Sales. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationship new and existing clients.
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options for designated market segment.
2. Generating leads by Customers Visits secondary research, development of referral partners etc.
3. Take over the management of existing customers maintain relationship with customers.
4. Identify new customers in the designated segment.
5. Submission of quotation to the client within 24-48 hours of the client request.
6. Reporting with daily entries in CRM/reporting format as designed by us.
7. Take the lead in negotiation and try to maximize the best possible price for Alchieme and unnecessary discounting should be avoided.
8. Proactively handle customer queries and objection within designated timelines.
9. Responsible for all post sales activities outstanding collections and cylinder collections.
10. Keep yourself updated on products/ technology of Alchemie products.
11. Responsible for uploading the Alchemie Brand and living up to al commitment made to the clients.
12. Responsible to meeting individual target.
13. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Skills:
1. 4 years of sales experience and knowledge of market.
2. Must have experience working in Technical sales.
3. Candidate must have good presentation skills, prospecting skills, Negotiation skills.
4. Candidate should have high level of motivation and energy.
5. Should be able to meet sales target.
6. Good command over English verbal and written.
