We are hiring for Sr. Executive -Sales for Real Estate Company, (Noida)
Preferably MBA/PGDBM Candidates having minimum 2-5 year experience and good knowledge of Commercial Space/ Residential Selling.
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
Proactively working towards the product development by attracting the clients and convincing them for visiting the site.
Good Exposure to Direct Sales/Associates network.
Sound Communication with negotiation skills.
Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
Report on sales activities to senior management.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Responsible for Direct Sales &Corporate tie-up activities for residential & Commercial project.
Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer &answering their questions.
