Key Responsibilities:
 Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the PVC raw material market in Ahmedabad and neighboring areas. Identify key market segments, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Understand client requirements, address their concerns, and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
 Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to PVC raw materials. Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
 Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
 Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Provide timely updates to senior management regarding sales achievements, challenges, and future prospects.
 Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure profitable business deals. Review and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to sales transactions.
 Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality products, excellent service, and timely support. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
 Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
 Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
 Co-ordinate with dispatch team.
