Documentation & accurate supporting :

Financial system, procedures and building internal control analysis and reports

Ability to maintain statutory books of accounts as per requirements

Review the daily accounting activities like payment and booking on invoice

Prepare cash flow & forecast and arrange for Cash Flow

Implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.

Ensure organized set of detailed records and files

Facilitates, Schedules and participates in meeting as required to achieve company's object

Coordinate for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

Implement changes in ERP

Resolves day to day accounting issues or assists other department in resolving their queries

Audit & Compliance :

Looks after the reconciliation of financial statements in companies with norms, managing and supporting the internal and external auditors and other agencies

Compliance & Scrutiny with statutory requirement like TDS & Service Tax

Implementing Changes in Govt Policies and Laws which affects the Business

Knowledge & Skills Requirements :

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
