Skills Required: -

1. Very strong Java engineers with experience between 7-8 years.

2. Strong Core Java, Spring ( above versions), Hibernate/JPA Mandatory.

3. Advanced Java, Design Patterns, Web Programming Skills.

4. Experience in Maven, good source control knowledge like GIT.

5. Web services (Rest or Soap)

6. Experience in Docker

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design and develop solution in J2EE architecture. Guide team members on the design, coding, unit testing process.

2. Participates as a member of development team. Guide the Junior team member

3. Develop and test design/algorithm/models in the system, which would be entirely automated and deployed to influence the growth.

4. Schema level management and performance measures on each and every individual component.

5. Accountable for own work and teams output.

6. Closely work with the Solution Architect for tech requirements and prioritize.

7. Take lead role and manage the team to sort out day to day difficulties of the team

8. Review of codes and it’s optimisation

9. Implementation of Dockers / Containers / solutions scalability horizontally and vertically too with AWS infra and non AWS environment

10. Architecture fine tuning and designing (based on requirements)

11. Project life cycle management including requirement gathering / understanding / interface with the development team, costing, budgeting, Technical documentation.
