Experience: 3-7 Years

• Degree in human resources management is preferred.
• Knowledge of Payroll processing and HRMS Software
• Excellent knowledge of Advance Excel
• Basic Knowledge of Statutory Compliance
• Experience in PMS
• Experience in policies and processes, compensation & benefits, training & development.
• Experience in Grievance handling, goal setting, putting together HR Scorecards etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conducting One to One discussion with Employee
• Handle Performance appraisal & Promotion
• Conducting Quarterly Town Hall meeting.
• Conducting & Co-coordinating R & R program.
• Organizing Out bound activities & Skip Level meeting
• Responsible for analyzing training need analysis & training effectiveness
• Competency mapping
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Process improvement
• Exit interview analysis
• Retention discussion
• Develop Succession planning & career management for employees
• People / HRBP strategy
