Responsibilities For Sr. Hr Officer Profile:
Ensuring compliances under various labour legislations such as Payment of
Wages Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour Act ,
Factory Act 1948, Employée compensation Act, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947
Etc.
All légal cases and matters of the company, Légal Hearing,coordination with
lawyer and provide him all required documents.
Good expérience in settlement of cases in labour court, Factory Act cases.
Dealing and liaison with various governmental agencies like Legal Metrology
Department, Labour Departments, Pollution, Market Committee, police,
Manage monthly payroll statement preparation for employees of Plant.
Overall control over entire plant administration process for Housekeeping
Management, Tavel Management, Vehicle management, Office Automations,
Security.
Acting as one point contact for all administrative matters like Time keeping and
attendance, canteen management, maintenance, upkeep and repairs of companys
assets, Telephone lines, mobile phones, logistics and courier services, procurement,
storage and issue of stationery and compensation of employees.
