Job Position : Sr. HR Executive.

Job description:

Experience in complete recruitment process

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals etc.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Complete documentation process and maintaining employee files.

Induction and onboarding process

Other supporting HR activities

Candidate preferred from Integrated Facility management domain
