Job Description :

Must have good knowledge in sheet metal manufacturing & maintenance

Sound in measurement ( Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, etc.)

Able to work in team & individually

Mould assembly and disassembly

Breakdown and trouble shooting of injection mould and mould trial

Preventive maintenance of injection mould

Handle all types of conventional machine in tool room such as Lathe, milling, grinding, drilling, shaper

Guide the technician during the operation

Train the juniors and provide assistant as and when required

Sound knowledge of shop floor
