1 Product Costing which includes Metal & Non-Metal parts like Plastics, Corrugated Boxes, PE Covers , Sheet Metal , Aluminium Castings, Wiring Harness.

2 Co-ordinating with our NPD, Engg (R&D), PE team for desired inputs & streamline new projects to meet timeline.

3 Monitor RM pricing for Aluminium Castings , Sheet Metal & other polymers.

4 Quarterly Settlements of Customer Prices as per RM & FE fluctuations.

5 Continual improvement projects- Drive Actualisation activity, doing ZBC of Product costing after SOP including Machine Hour Rate (MHR).

6 Strong technical mindset and able to read drawings and interpret technical data and translate to others.

7 Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods to determine effects on cost.

8 Calculation & analysis on Tooling costs during new developments, track on Amortization.

9 Results orientated and organised with the ability to deliver against deadlines.

10 Maintaining the Customer database, Product pricing and related documentation.

11 Evaluate and improve costing techniques.
