POSITION TITLE: Senior Analyst, Business Solutions

Exp: 4-8 Yrs

CTC: LPA to 14 LPA fixed + bonus separately

Location: Bangalore (Work from office atleast 2 or 3 times a week)

Working Days: Mon-Fri / 5 days a week

Reporting to: Director Business Solutions

Team size: Its an IC role

Joining timeline: ASAP

POSTION SUMMARY:

Responsible for and/ or provide necessary solution support to the coordination, analysis,

design and execution of specific projects.

Manage small to medium size projects / initiatives

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead small to medium sized projects with cross-functional teams to deliver business

solutions across the company, communicate progress regularly and ensure delivery remains

on track and in line with expectations

Provide support in business case development and benefit realization tracking.

Work with different business leaders to analyze business processes, identify areas of

improvement and drive process & system change across business groups

Work closely with different business leaders to analyze the business issues, identify the

root causes, define the solutions and support the solution implementation.

Prepare and present executive summary of project approach/ solution, progress, issues/

risks, results, hindsight, etc.

work closely with different business partners on the execution of various projects

responsible for or assist the development of various tools/ templates to support the

project execution

conduct the business research, analysis and data mining and summarize the findings/

conclusions

work with different business partners to analyze business processes and assist the process

& system change across business groups

provide solution support to the project teams on issue resolution and risk mitigation by

performing the root cause analysis
